Are there any fees associated with MIG?
No - Montlake Insurance Group does not charge any fees for our professional policy opinions and our quotes are always complimentary.
How long does a proposal take?
After our initial introduction phone call, we will take a deep dive into any and all information we can gather about the requested policies. We aim to provide proposals within 24 hours as we realize how important it is to check this box off with your lender.
Is Earthquake coverage included in my policy?
Homeowners policies tend to not include Earthquake coverage. We will always propose an Earthquake option through GeoVera for each Homeowners policy, though this coverage is not a requirement with the majority of loan programs.
